Originally from New York City, Alison opened her first AlisonTheBarber men’s salon in 2017 in Albuquerque. In just a short time her business scooped a ‘Best in the City’ award. She now travels the country sharing her knowledge and also donates her time to cutting the hair of those less fortunate in local homeless and domestic violence shelters.

HAYDEN CASSIDY @HAYDEN_CASSIDY

Beginning her career in Ireland, H ayden’s signature clean look now reaches a global audience. The international educator and platform artist has worked alongside fashion magazines, photographers and artists to create looks that fuse fashion and barbering. She shares her knowledge through a passionate approach to education.

SINDI DEVITTE @SINDIDEVITTE

Originally from Brazil, Sindi has been barbering in Britain for over 20 years. She currently owns a barber shop in England as well as a barbering academy based in Brazil. Her passion is studying and teaching the art of barbering around the world. She established the project Inclusion in Africa and Brazil as a platform where those less fortunate are exposed to barbering as a viable career choice.

LICI LADY BARBER @LICI_LADYBARBER

An award-winning platform artist and Lici specializes in detailed aesthetic hair designs, and has hosted and judged numerous hair competitions as a respected barber. She educates thousands of people across the country at barber events. She’s devoted to raising industry standards by building a strong network of leaders.

ANNIKA AKERLUND @OVERCOMBS

Spurred on by an absence of training during her own apprenticeship, Annika understands the importance of education and knowledge sharing. Having worked in barbershops across Australia, she became an Andis educator in 2017. Her aim is to empower and educate others to turn them into confident, skilled and passionate barbers.
