STMNT STYLING MASTERCLASS
STMNT ambassadors Charles Rose and Ry Lewis demonstrate how to create multiple looks from one cut

SLEEK MIDDLE-PARTING BY RY LEWIS

To craft Jonah’s look, I focused on enhancing his natural waves while adding volume and a soft, touchable finish:
1. I began by cutting defined layers around the crown of Jonah’s head to create volume and texture, forming the foundation of the style.
2. Next, I applied STMNT Grooming Spray to prime the hair. This product is perfect for prepping before blow-drying, as it minimizes frizz and ensures a smooth finish.
3. While the hair was still damp, I worked STMNT Curl Cream through the strands. This curl cream is a favourite of mine - it enhances natural waves beautifully, leaving the hair soft and defined without any greasy residue.
4. The final stage was to gently dry the hair with a diffuser, leaving Jonah with a natural, wavy look.
QUIFF BY CHARLES ROSE

For Jonah’s second look, I wanted to break away from the natural vibe of his first style and create something strikingly different:
1. We kept the back of Jonah’s hair wavy, enhancing the texture with a spritz of STMNT Definition Spray.
2. Using a round brush, I blow-dried the front of the hair upwards and away from the face to form a bold quiff.
3. To hold the quiff in place, I used STMNT’s Dry Clay for texture and definition, finishing with STMNT Hairspray to ensure long-lasting structure.
WOLF CUT BY RY LEWIS

For this look, I used a more complex cocktail of products to style this shorter Wolf Cut for Satoshi.
1. I began by applying STMNT’s Serum, working it through the hair with a comb to condition and prepare it for the cut. Once evenly distributed, I shaped the hair to the desired length.
2. To enhance the texture and tame frizz, I spritzed STMNT’s Definition Spray throughout the hair, ensuring a smooth base for styling.
3. After creating a clean centre parting, I used a round brush to blow-dry the hair, focusing on achieving a controlled yet natural look.
4. To complete the style, I layered STMNT’s Shine Paste into the top sections of the hair. This added a sleek, polished sheen, perfect for accentuating the Wolf Cut’s dynamic layers.

For Satoshi’s second style, I aimed for a refined transformation, adding volume and a standout curved fringe for a fresh twist:
1. I began by spraying STMNT’s Grooming Spray evenly over the hair to create a workable base.
2. Using STMNT’s Matte Paste, I worked the product through the hair, then blow-dried the top upwards and away from the face with a round brush to add volume. The sides were blow-dried flat against the head for contrast and sleekness.
3. Taking a small section from the top, I pulled it forward onto the forehead and used a round brush to curl it into a soft, curved shape. STMNT’s Dry Clay was applied to secure the fringe and maintain its structure.
4. To finish, I misted STMNT’s Hairspray lightly over the hair, ensuring the style stayed perfectly in place.
